Came to get some work done between client visits, and it’s 10:15 on a Thursday. Both drive thru and lobby were closed. Walked in and there were maybe 4 patrons inside a spacious multi room location. Ordered and one of the baristas said you’ll need to leave, you can’t stay. When I questioned it she said, “didn’t you see the sign on the door that said LOBBY CLOSED” while other people were coming in. Said they were closing down the lobby bc everything was “crazy”… There were at least 4-5 employees behind the counter. Will NEVER be back… 💯💯💯 and someone should teach whoever I talked to about customer service…

Best Starbucks I've ever had the pleasure to go to..I've been to many in great falls Seattle, Kalispell. the staff was great and the coffee was perfect. I had stopped approximately 20 minutes before closing. I'll definitely stop back next trip to Helena.

I love the staff and the drinks are always perfect, the only problem I have is the hours. I work at 6 am so I try to get coffee beforehand and usually both locations are open before or at 6, but this morning (although both the google page and the hours everywhere online said they were open) both were closed unexpectedly, so be prepared to be met with inconsistent hours. I understand the staffing shortages and supply shortages though and I'm looking forward to when things are back to normal:)) wonderful business and staff again. <3

Great place to drink a high quality coffee. They had specialty coffee at this time of the year. I am always a fan of Starbucks coffee and this shop doesn't dissapoint. Staff is friendly and the place is clean. You can enjoy your coffee while using the wifi. Cool place.
