They will not pick it up. If it works you can call bge and they will give you $50 to pick it up.

If you are a Howard County resident you can deliver a refrigerator to alpha ridge landfill for free. I don't think Howard County offers pick up service for large items. If you don't have a truck to move it you can rent one at a Home Depot.
