I am so unhappy with the service. It doesn't matter if your phone can be return, they have a 3-day wait period. So basically if you are under the warranty - you have to wait 3 days for a phone! The service is horrible at this location as well. No one goes out of their way to help. Thinking of changing providers and I've been a Metro PCS customer for over 10 years! This is the worst service ever
If u didn't buy the insurance well they won't change it
You need to get Insurance, when you buy the phone
If you bought it while purchasing the device. And its mobthly paid... So you can check bill or visit a store to Check and file replacement.
