Call the costarica consulate and there you get the website that you have to go to take an appointment you have to point it out exactly as they say it for you to go out on the internet is very good

I needed to make an appointment for several matters but the system only gave to apply for ID then I asked for the ID and when I arrived I made the procedure that I needed and they did not say anything or asked me about the procedure I asked for the ID card. It worked out well and I did not have any problems with very good and fast attention
