Yes they are. In my opinion this is the BEST service i have had . Ive taken my car to three other FCA dealers in the area and this dealership beats them hands down.
Worst Chrysler Service. I own '15 Ram Promaster Diesel, they never done anything from first attempt, lately they did brake, worst nightmare I ever have. Avoid.
