Make an appointment at the dealer. First one in line, waiting for them to open. They open up, have you pull inside. Go see your service tech at his desk. Waiting for him to come back from the floor. While waiting, another lady comes in behind. Then a man. 2 people waiting behind me. Service Tech comes in, says good morning. I walk up to his desk and he says, let me take care of this gentleman first. Oh. Ok. He was here last. Does the 'gentleman' say, take care of these 2 first since I walked up last? Of course not, he walks right up. Listening to their conversation, the gentleman has a corporate lease. Ok. Then I hear its a Alfa Romero. Ok. Then the gentleman is escorted to the Alfa lounge. Ok. Then it's my turn. Service tech takes my name and ask if I'm waiting. Yes. Okay, follow that Hall to your left to the lounge and I'll come get you when it's done. Ok. The ONLY reason I came here is because my Tuffy shop doesn't have the machine to do the Trans flush on my Jeep. Moral of the story, if you offer premium service to specific corps and specific customers, you should have a designated person to handle your premium customers. You alienate and discourage 99% of your customers by treating them like 2nd rate. Update: Customer recovery - Ed, the manager, called me and personally apologized. That was very unexpected. I appreciate that he took the time to reach out and try to retain customers. Golling, you need to hire more colleagues like Ed!

Call the dealership office and ask for the service center. Then ask for hours of operation and when is the best time to come in. I have had mine done in 30 minutes before.

Yes they are. In my opinion this is the BEST service i have had . Ive taken my car to three other FCA dealers in the area and this dealership beats them hands down.
