Do they refill printer ink cartridges? I have the Epson WF-3620. I tried calling but they hung up on me twice.

Geez, they really should not hang up on customers. The Almaden Costco used to refill HP cartridges (with mixed results). Perhaps you might want to check them out and see if it does Epson cartridges.
