Thanks Richard. However, when I log in to the tesla app with my husband's email address (he is the owner) I get the response that his email address is not registered. When I log in with my email address (which is registered), the response is that there is no product associated with that email address. Frustrating in the extreme!
Use your Tesla app, scroll down to services and then select the area of service you need. I had the same struggle and was looking for a service phone number to call but it is even easier than you think.. After all it's the Tesla way :-)
