Picked up Model Y that we ordered Oct 2021, yesterday at Scottsdale, AZ location. Was told by rep that charger was in trunk. Got home, which is 2 hours away, and the charger is not in trunk or frunk. Called customer service, sat on hold for 2 hours to be told as of August 2022 (which was just a few weeks ago) that the cars no longer came with charger and promo code was emailed to order charger. Online it says cars ordered after April 2022 will not come with a charger...we ordered ours a year ago! I assume the reasoning for this is that they are out of stock. Go online to order and the corded home charger AND IT IS out of stock. We were left with the mobile connector, not a great choice but we were sent home with an electric car and no way to charge it. Proceeded to check out and apply promo code and the code was not accepted....we placed order anyway since we had no other choice. So we currently have no charger and now 218.20 poorer. We are disappointed and we haven't had the car for 24 hours. We spent over 60,000 for a car we cannot drive.

Really bad customer experience! They're forcing me to pay for a manufacturing defect while I still have warranty (less than a year of ownership).

I was instructed to schedule an appointment at a Tesla Service Center by Tesla Insurance for a windshield replacement. I scheduled at this location in Scottsdale (closest service center to me, 3.5 hour drive). When I arrived for my 10:30am appointment I was stunned when I was told I won't be ready for pick up until the next day. I was told others were ahead of me and my "appointment" really was just a "queue". I was 3.5 hours away from home and that was completely unacceptable so I left (7 hours of driving time total for nothing). Furthermore, before I left the service rep told me I don't even need to get the windshield replaced via Tesla, any other company like satellite could do it and calibrate. A few weeks later I headed the Tesla service reps advice and setup a Safelite appointment. This time a 3 hour round trip drive, again all for nothing. When I arrived they said because they don't have OEM glass they are unable to calibrate sensors.

Tesla what an organized place. Buying the new car was very easy as almost everything was done via the internet. We had to wait over a year for delivery the only down side.

You can only buy one on their website and pick up at this location.
Thanks Richard. However, when I log in to the tesla app with my husband's email address (he is the owner) I get the response that his email address is not registered. When I log in with my email address (which is registered), the response is that there is no product associated with that email address. Frustrating in the extreme!
As far as I know, you need to visit a Tesla service center, but there may be better information in the owners manual. I see that you can order new cards thru the Tesla app, but do not know how to pair them to the car.
Put that down in a message to Tesla service. They're good at responding to the messages.
I get the same issue thought .I've was ranged to 350 but only does around 310
Just service, no sales here. There is a sales center in Kierland and another in Fashion Square Mall.
The mobile charger is max 32 amps. If you want 48, you need to install the home wall charging unit.
I had a nail in my tire, and the Hayden location advised they could patch the tire, but could not replace it. I am not sure about the Tempe location.
