Since it seems that once my packages reach the Goodyear facility they disappear, is there any way I can pick them up? I have had several packages be very late after multiple delays in your facility and now have 2 more lost over there again!

12/11/2020 mine has been sitting there for days also and now says "information unavailable" on my tracking. This is equipment for my working from home and needs to arrive ASAP. I would be willing to go pick up but it's my understanding you can't at this location. Come on guys!

I actually used to work at that hub this is a common thing at that ups its not our fault lo the packages tend to get damaged on the belts I worked on the belt as a tender there its har to keep track of orders especially when we get 220,000 packages a day through that facility

My grandchildren’s Xmas package has been sitting at UPS Goodyear, AZ since December 09 and says processing. I can’t find a main telephone number with a real person to talk with. Please help with this matter. Very frustrating.
