We prefer to do computer repair at our facility where we have the tools, time, and parts to properly clean, diagnose, and replace components as necessary. We do have the ability to remote into any computer in the world as long as it is powered on and online. Absolutely! We are experts at cleaning and repairing laptops. We will dust the internals, remove viruses, clean up outdated software, update software drivers and operatings systems, replace old/broken compenents if necessary and make the laptop 15x faster than when you first purchased the computer. We recommend that when using compressed gas to clean the computer that the can remain upright while spraying. Spray in all open area of the case until no more dust is apparent.
