Family Laundry: Premium Wash & Fold Delivery

I have been a customer for over a year here and I tell everyone I know about their services. I use to drop off and pick up my laundry from them but now I’ve switched over to delivery services from them and I’m completely happy as always they seem to coordinate clothes by size and stack them in little squares who makes it super easy to put them away without feeling overwhelmed. Another really helpful thing they do is match and organize all of my socks!

This is my first time using this service. Would've given 4 star rating if driver didn't tell me he'd take my bags of clean laundry to my front door this time? Like he's doing me a favor. Isn't that WHY I'm paying $8.95 pickup/delivery charge. My bags were picked up from my front door why wouldn't they be delivered to my front door?! I was taking my dog out when driver pulled up, So I I held gate open while he placed bags inside front gate area and I had to ask if he could put them in front of my door. I didn't like that I had to ask. Isn't that why I paid $205.00?! Yes $205 for your door to door service right? Trust me, if I wasn't recuperating/rehabilitaing from a recent tragic incident I would be carrying my laundry bags across the street to wash/dry laundry MYSELF. for cheaper AND with my own detergent and fabric softener. . Add oxiclean was the only additive option listed in the app and website. The communication from owners regarding scheduling was awesome. Overall experience 3.5.

First time trying this service as a gift to me for Mother’s Day. The drivers were nice and let me know before they got to my home. I have them 3 huge bags of clothes and they washed, folded separated and neatly tied them together. It was probably close to 10 loads of laundry and it saved me time and a headache of getting it all done. I will definitely use this service again.

25lbs washed for $49+$8.95 delivery fee. The same day pickup/dropoff is nice, but not cheap. They don't consistently follow special directions, and by default ball socks. If you don't want your socks balled, you can put it in the directions. However, I've been using them for over a year now, and find every third or fourth wash they don't bother to follow the directions and ball up the socks. If you like how they do things by default, then you are in luck. If you want them to deviate (like fold rather than ball socks) then be prepared to re-fold your own clothing once it arrives home.
