I've never had to wait but maybe they were just very busy at the moment.

I don't have a problem at Toyota with any app or with just showing up. With as many cars they have to deal with their not always sure if a scheduled app is going to show up. Give them 10 min window to get your accommodations ready
What time are your appointments? There are obvious times that they are very busy and if you make your appointment during that time frame it's just going to take a bit longer!. I have NEVER had an issue with waiting but I typically arrive late morning instead of with the crowd showing up at o'dark-thirty because they want to get their car in AND get to work on time.
I have never had to wait to be attended. Usually they are very efficient.
