Absolutely terrible and incompetent service department. I took my car in for an oil change and got my car back with problems it never had! First, the hood of my car is completely misaligned there is a huge gap on the right side, and that is the side the hood doesn’t latch. Because of the misalignment of the hood, the wires inside got stripped. The car does NOT LOCK!!! Maybe that has something to do with the hood not closing, the front windshield wipers DO NOT WORK! And God only knows what else they messed up. If you don’t want to have problems with your car you never had, or if you don’t have time to go back and forth or don’t want to stress on your way to work if you will make it safely then I would recommend you STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I am waiting to see how they will fix this and compensate my time and miles to go back there and the stress of driving the car. I will post an update.

I would see if there were any parts that were used to bring the total up but I would fully expect the dealers to probably be close to double what the average place charges so $200 wouldn't seem to out of the ballpark but for $320 I would think that perhaps they use some pieces to get the alignment in spec. I will equate it to coffee. A lot of places can make coffee and some might charge less than a dollar for a cup and others $5 or more. It's really up to you whether or not you see the value in the more expensive coffee or if the mid-grade suits your needs or you're just looking for the cheapest cup of coffee there is. You do get what you pay for to some extent but sometimes you're also paying for a name. Ymmv
