My Salesman Brian McGee was fantastic. He was honest, forthcoming and fun to work with. I did have an issue with the way my original deposit was mishandled. I put down a deposit to hold the car, and when I purchased the car, the deposit was not deducted from the sales price and contract. I had to notify Napleton that I did not get credit for my deposit. They instructed me that I needed to come back into the dealership to have them credit my card back (waste of my time). Also, when I was signing the paperwork, I was informed that I could only put $3000 on a debit card, and the rest of the money would have to come in the form of a check, unless I wanted to pay a ridiculous fee. I did not have my checkbook so need to comeback later that night (waste of time). And after I took possession of the car, my son noticed there was no wiper fluid. I know Brian instructed the service department to top off everything. So, I had to go out and buy fluid (another waste of time). These are mostly trivial items, but unnecessary. As I mentioned before, Brian was wonderful!
