My trainer, Ryan, is what sets this gym apart from others. He cares. When I first started I walked with a cane. He first limited me to kinetic exercises to fix my posture, balance and mobility, which removed the need for a cane to get around. Once these were fixed, I moved into weight training concentrating on form to ensure the exercises were being done right to work out the correct muscles. Ryan also takes the time after the workout to smooth out the soreness with a massage gun and stretching of tight muscle groups.

Been going here for almost 3 years and there has been little to no improvement to keep up with nearby competition... Cleanliness is mediocre, over packed majority of the time and equipment breaks down more than it should. The only good thing is the price!

They have posted signs on both sauna and steam rooms, stating that they are closed until further notice. With that being said, at this particular location they offer an alternative in private spaces. Rooms equipped for a single person by person use on a time limit.
