Emergency Food Boxes are comprised of nutritionally balanced non-perishable foods, designed to feed a family of (4) for up to three days. When available perishable items will be included and may include: bread, milk, meat, fresh produce, and bakery items. Items in the Emergency Food Boxes may include: pasta, rice, beans, canned fruits and vegetables, soup, cereal, dry milk, and canned meats. Food items are subject to changed based on availability. It varies, but usually there are the Staples like beans, veggies, rice. There is usually fresh veggies, fruit, meat, breads, sweets (cakes, etc), milk, cereal of some kind. There are some prepackaged meals too, like Mac-n-cheese, ravioli, or something off the shelf. They're food is a lot fresher than at other food distribution sites.
