It's a low income tax credit complex. The rent is below market value, but is not a percentage of income. They do accept Section 8. Southern Villas in St. Augustine is based on income. I think they have a waiting list. I think it's for 62+ or disabled. There are similar places in Palatka you could get into faster and wait out the waitlist.
