Think twice before you sign your lease. They say that they host "state of the art amenities" when most haven't worked for the 10 and a half month's I've lived here. The fire pits have never worked. They grills by the pool have never worked. The toilet in the men's bathroom in the lobby has been broken with caution tape wrapped around it since I've moved in. The trash valet which you pay monthly for decides when and when not to show up. Not to mention they jack up your rent 30% after the first year. My rent increased from $1495 to $1825. This place is a overpriced joke.

The isla feels like home again since the new Managment and maintenance team ! There thoughtfulness to the residents and care for community is wonderful! Michelle , Faith , Greg and Tony all do everything possible to make living here feel like home ! We have been here since they were built and absolutely love living here again !
