These people are thieves. We tried to rent an apt from them and after signing we decided to rescind and ask for our money back. That was in fall of 2021. It’s now August and we have to take these people to court to get our rent/deposit back. Warning! Do not rent from these slum lords. They prey on the elderly and have no moral or ethics. Absolutely the worst kind of people.

I would like to tell anyone planing to live there DON'T do it.I was lucky and met some people who told me that the place is full of RATS and ROACHES. They don't return calls and make you wait weeks for nothing and i'm told that they will keep your DEPOSIT if not Approved. Someone who knows this place begged me not to live there.

There is no dog park or run, but there's a nice walk out to US1 and back with a sidewalk and doggy bags along the way.
