The front desk can have you a paper that has the shuttle schedule
Most go out early morning and come back late evening. Depends on the park you are visiting.
They only have two times, one early morning, and one like 11 AM. Also, only have trip to Epcot Center and then you have to take Disney transportation to the other parks.
Like another said, the front desk has the schedule printed out, you could call for the updated schedule to be emailed to you I suppose. I will say, if it weren't for the fact that these shuttles don't really get you there or back at a time most people would like, I would definitely have taken it. I just remember the schedule being kinda ridiculous, like picks you up super early or you have to wait an hour after the park closes to get taken back.
