No one can deny service dogs. By Fed law.
I would call the resort. Most of the rooms are apartment style and are rented out so pets may not be allowed since it's a service dog they may make an exception for a fee
Therapy dogs are allowed.
Wish I could give you a good answer to that question however best thing to do is just give them a call just to be sure things change and who knows good luck and enjoy

Was just there about 3 weeks ago did not see any pets, but I would call the office to check, very nice place too stay, we stayed in the townhouses, the bedrooms are upstairs don't know if that would be a problem for your child.
