Do I go there at 6pm or 9pm???

I recommend you dont go at 6 the line was ridiculous. I would wait until 630/7 pm

Get there by 5:50 pm. Line moves fast.

Lantern Festival grab the twilight tickets for 4:30 if possible. Fewer people, closer parking and no lines.

I'd have to agree with Denise Connor - traffic is much improved by 8-8:30p - still gives you enough time and allows you to see the live performance at 8:30p. Traffic at 6-7p was horrendous - so bad, we parked in an office complex and walked a mile.

If you want to see the performance, though, they happen at 6:30, 7:30, and 8:30. So you'd want to go there between 6 and, like, 7:45.

For the lantern festival, the event times are 6pm - 10 pm.

Can you drive through to see the lights? Or is this strictly a walking event?
