This is the best hotpot experience in the triangle area. There is no all-you-can-eat option, but this place is all about quality, not quantity. The ingredients are fresh, the soup base is delicious and does not give you a whomping MSG headache afterwards. They'll even let you take the soup to-go when you're done, so you can eat a second round at home! My favorite non-hotpot things on the menu are their fried rice, their fried buns with condensed milk.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Came in with family and we ordered a ton of food. Our waitress Betty explained the system of the menu extremely well. She attended all of our needs. All of the food was delicious and authentic!!

Szechuan Mansion Hot pot was so delicious. Flavors of the soup, the dipping sauces make this a 5 star review. Also, Betty was so attentive to our needs and made great recommendations for our group. Highly recommend.

Yes there are vegetarian broths and options.
I don't believe it is buffet. I did not see that option. But I would call. I'm sure they can accommodate one person

It depends on the dish you order! They offer good quality food! The average cost for each person is about 25-35 dollars!
