You have to fill out an application to become a patient there, also an picture i.d., a proof of income or a notarized hand written letter from someone saying they help you with money and how much or from you stating you have no income and they also take income tax papers for proof also.

They don't take walkins. I don't know much about if they take referals but I know you have to be approve patient of the clinic to be seen there and about the fees they're really affordable about $10 and up for a visit, can be more for labs.
I don't believe they take Walk ins. They have a 10 dollar administration fee
