PAID OFF MY LINE OF CREDIT EARLY AFTER NEVER HAVING A LATE PAYMENT ONLY TO HAVE THEM CONTINUE TO CHARGE ME FEES ON A NON-EXISTING ACCOUNT. CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME TWICE THAT IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF, WHEN IT WAS IN FACT NOT. AVOID WOODFOREST AT ALL COST!!!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER

I love this bank. Employees are great!! The branch manager and assistant manager are the most helpful bank employees I’ve ever met. They always have time to help you it doesn’t matter if it’s 2 minutes from closing they will stay and help you with no attitude and rushing. Anyone who says otherwise are very inpatient and just all around impossible to deal with. I’ve seen both of these managers deal with out of control clients and manage to stay polite and professional. After the past year of working with these guys so closely with my Buisness and Personal banking needs I now consider the guy’s friends of mine even though we’ve never seen each other outside of the bank. I would rate this bank 30 stars if was an option. By the way this is Ejay Horton , Danny’s wife.
