I had my 1st apt here today. I am very picky with my animals care and I tend to visit a lot of that in the area when I am still trying to establish a permanent Vet that works for my whole crew of seven. My appointment was at 8 AM and despite the very busy parking lot I was handled very quickly to get in to a room. However it did seem a bit overly loud in the back of the hospital between employees, but it eventually settled down. My biggest reason for all five stars is the vet. Dr Rose was phenomenal. She never made me feel rushed she asked me several questions to get a history on my cat & our issue & offered up lots of experience and examples and suggestions. she has been a vet for a very long time and the experience over all of that time you could feel seeping through her. I loved it. And while I was not on board with the more traditional prescription diet she had no hesitation about saying she has every intent to help guide me & help me evaluate my guy as we navigate different methods that I want to try first. I was quite actually blown away at how much time she took with me& really seemed to investigate the reasoning of my cats issue. 5 stars for her

I moved to Zebulon in Spring of '21and started brining my two fur babies to Zebulon Animal Hospital in the beginning of 2022. They helped me through one of my dog's partially tearing her ACL and my other dog's dental care, and now, his cancer. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Palmer and she is unlike any other vet I have ever worked with. She is patient, kind and very good with animals. Unlike other vets I've worked with in the past, I'm never afraid to ask her questions because I've never felt judged, looked down upon or like I was annoying her/taking up her time. She is more than happy to sit on the phone and answer any questions about your pet's health, no matter how many I had, she was willing to take as long as it needed. A mass popped up on my dog's gums two weeks ago, and they got me in the next day to do an exam, 5 days later to do a biopsy and got the results 5 days later. Even though we got bad news, Dr. Palmer really helped us through it. The same day we got the results, she was calling specialists and getting referrals done, and got it all done before the end of the day. I am convinced their speediness will contribute to koda's recovery. I really cannot say enough good things about Dr. Palmer. Not only that, the staff works with me and my insurance company to get me all the paperwork I need. I have not had a bad encounter with them yet. Lastly, their pricing is very reasonable and I have never once felt like they pushed a procedure/service on me that wasn't warranted or needed. As long as I live in the area, Dr. Palmer will be my go to vet! Thanks for being awesome ZAH! - Koda, Luna, & Jess

Do I need to make an appointment

It is best to make an appointment, because if tbe doctor is not in the building, your pet would not be able to be seen.
