Yes but it costs more than just staying for a night If. You rent a room you get 4 water park tic for two days and sometimes other free stuff. So why just by a tic for the day that almost equals a stay for more.
Just called the Kalahari Resort in Mt. Pocono. A "all day pass" at the Water Park will cost one $38.00 per Adult. Not much incentive for locals.

Yes you can, but I personally think it’s not worth it. To expensive for a couple of hours. It’s better to do a get together and share a 2 rooms suite. I did it before and it’s big enough. 1 king bed in a room, 2 queens in the other and a sofa bed in living room. Plus 2 bathrooms. Beautiful 😊
