We had a great time here! I traveled with my husband and 2 sons, one of whom is in a wheelchair. Accessible room was comfy, with microwave and mini fridge. Resort was clean and staff were friendly and helpful! Food prices were inflated but we expected that, much like any resort. The kids enjoyed the water park immensely. We were even more comfortable, having rented cabanas on both days. At night, we went to the arcade for a bit but we were really tired π.

I just spent a night here with my husband and 3 year old. All I have to say is I am so impressed by this facility. Everything was clean, and food was great. There is so much to do for toddlers! I was in shock! Honestly even my husband had a blast and there are things for all ages. Lots of booze and good food also. We brought our own towels and I highly recommend paying for the VIP early / late check in service with valet. Itβs totally worth every penny. They even give you free arcade cards which makes up the price. The arcade was awesome too! So much to do I wish I had more time to have spent there.

Stayed here for several days for a convention. It was a reasonably nice resort, nice and clean. It looks impressive and is huge. I can see that it would be a great place to bring kids. The rooms were basic but pleasant. Our particular room needed some basic maintenance but still reasonably nice. The biggest downers are- no pool for adults, if you want to use a pool at all, you need to buy a water park ticket for $99 just to use a pool. Not acceptable for those there for reasons other than the water park. (They do still charge a small resort fee as part of your hotel stay) The other downer is the high food prices on the resort.

I am writing this review because we almost didnβt go this past weekend because of some of the reviews. Overall, the facilities were very clean. This was a major concern of ours before getting to the resort. The check-in process was easy and staff, for the most part, were very courteous. You have to acknowledge that a lot of the staff, especially in the arcade and water park, are young teenagers. So with that you get teenage ways and attitudes. The water park was incredible. The slides were awesome. Be aware that masks are not a thing in Kalahari or basically anywhere in the surrounding area. So stay away if youβre not ok with that. The Italian restaurant was great. We will be back during the warmer weather to experience everything else.

YES!!!
Denise hit the nail on the head. Recommend going during a time when most of the kids are in school....
It comes out cheaper if you are a party of 4 and you are staying over nite mon to thursday .I paid $250 couple of weeks ago for a nite water park tkts were included and it was 5 of us.we had a spring fling package.weekends and holidays prices go up.
Where are these Responses coming from? Apparently not from Guess that stayed at this resort. This Resort has BOTH indoor and outdoor Pools, and waterslides. You can enter the outside pool via the outside with your wrist band, and you can enter the inside pool with waterslides and hot tub via inside. There are swim up bars both inside and outside. The only differance is there are more waterslides inside verses outside because this is a year round waterpark.I have been to this water Park for the last 3 years, as recent as 2 weeks ago to be exact. If your not certain of answers, then please dont respond,it confuses consumers
I live very close to Kalahari, I can with most certainty tell you that it is amazing actually. Wonderful place fantastic staff.
Ok nobody read into your question. Yes you can go to the water park only for just the day. You do not need to stay to get into the water park. Many suburbs do day trips there.
Very pricey and crowded. But your family will love it.
