It was fun but average. I came to kalahari because I get a discount with my employer. It was a special weekend so we planned a day trip (off peak hours). We were greeted by extremely attentive employees at check in even though you do it your self. I was very displeased with the room !! The room was so far away I felt like a suggestion to upgrade and pay extra would have been nice. However since I paid 200 dollars extra to check out later, it would have been nice to get a room closer to the attractions on the house. It was not busy at all just saying -_-. Also, the rooms were not that clean. I know they don't wash the top layer of bedding so that came right off and it was dirty. I researched the surrounding restaurants and Sortinos had the best reviews. I didn't care for the calamari and the cheese bread was ok. The waiters name was Lawrence and he was a treat as well as Bellah the hostess ( apologies if I misspelled your name ) very nice staff. The chicken parm and kids spaghetti and meatballs was very good. The water park it self was ok. My children enjoyed the kids area and the slides were fun. The coral reef area was closed. This area looked like a lot of fun. I understand it was a Monday so I get that some areas might be closed not a big deal. The arcade was a disaster we came on a day where they were doing updates and most if not all games were out of service. We made the best of it and still had a good time and a staff member gave us extra credits to accommodate after I brought it to their attention. Overall, I'd probably check out great wolf or camelback before I'd visit here again even with a discount, it was very average. My family still had ana amazing time due to the friendly staff and just our positive vibes. I'd say skip it.

My family bought day passes and came on a Wednesday morning. The tickets were $79.99 each. We came when the indoor park opened at 10am. The outdoor park opens at 11am. There was no line and we went right in. I bought the tickets online the day before. The first thing I noticed was how hot it was inside. We came in august and it was cooler outside than it was inside. It also smelled of the pool chemicals and was very loud. My kids who are 13 and 11 were down with all the rides in about an hour to 2 hours and they had no interest in going on the rides again. In general the park is more for younger kids 10 and younger in my opinion. There aren’t a lot of food and drink options inside. There was one place open to get pizza and burgers. I got the middle size locker which was 20$ to put our clothes and towels in. They charge you for towels if you don’t bring them. Overall for $400 for a family of 5 it was not worth it and we wouldn’t come again. My kids did enjoy some of the rides but they were done with the park way too early for that amount of money.

Don’t go on a weekday! Just got back from our very first time with my 20 month old. We stayed sun-tues. Here are the pros: great food! 2 large toddler areas with plenty to do. The waterpark and hotel in general was kept very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly overall. Here are my cons: Coral Cove was closed on Monday-Tuesday and a few other waterpark sections. It seems that during the weekdays they close part of the waterpark since there are less people. Considering there are really only 2 areas for toddlers that was a huge bummer. Also this was not mentioned anywhere when booking. Also the breakfast buffet was great Monday but starting Tuesday it turns into a continental, again less people. Yes it was a few dollars less those days but I wish I knew that when booking. If it wasn’t for the weekday closures I would have rated our stay higher. It was very disappointing considering it was never mentioned at booking or we would have stayed the weekend instead.

August 2021: 300 dollars for the cheapest room and three people. Includes water park passes. If I come again I'll bring food because the food prices are triple normal costs. 40 dollars for a large pizza. 14 for a bland burger. The kids like it though.
Auttally you dont buy day passes anymore sorry but there is a sale on feb 19 159$ for when room with two queen sized beds and the room comes with waterfall passes
It depends what season you go.but let me tell you something its way worth every penny....we just went there for the first time and we're planning to go back.
Really? SERIOUSLY? UNNECESSARY. But I do enjoy it (:
Yes you can, there is no restrictions. Also there is pizza corner and bars inside park.
You dont have to bring your own. I didnt use my own towel until it was time to leave. I used my towel to keep warm on my way to go to the car with after our visit/vaca there But if i was drying off i used their towels. there are 2 or 3 towel stations in the water park . And they are all nice and toasty. If you're a big person you'll need like 5 towels. Lol because the average personal needs 2 towels to = 1 regular towel. So its no inconvenience! Towels come fresh and hot right out the dryer!! 😊
Alot
Depends in season. It's best to call and ask about a group discount or rate.
Is an indoor water park, now would be off peak but wouldn't expect to much of a price change
Kalahari is very expensive. I only recommend going on off-peak days, otherwise it's not worth it
I really don't know why I made the reservation with everything and hotel. but you can write on their page they always answer you in less than 5 minutes
Depending on occupancy of the hotel, day passes are available from between $99-$149/day per child (varies)... there is also a $29 spectator pass for you if you aren't riding anything. Otherwise, the passes are included in the cost of the room.
The best time to go there by 11 am. You will be able to register within 30 minutes maximum because during school time registration is very fast.
About $69.99 per person
You can get water park passes for the day, as of prices just look on the website.
I saw one ride that there was a weight limit of 675 for up to 4 people. One ride the limit was 350 for 2 people, 300 for one person.
We stayed over night, so it was "included" with the room. My wife payed the bill, but if you stay overnight, you can use the water park the next day, all day.
If I'm not mistaken it's was about 89 but your better off staying a night... that includes the stay and tickets for each guest... and you get to use the Waterpark both days...
Enter the page and there you can check the prices and you choose the total number of people who can go and the dates and so you have an idea ok and on weekdays it is more comfortable than on weekends it is more expensive. Even if you only get to have fun, nothing else is more comfortable but if you stay at the hotel there, prices will change.
I believe so.. We are open evey holliday!
Yes, but it would be overpriced. You're better off buying at walmart or another department store
I totally agree. I've been twice in a month and will definitely return
Probably. It stays in a cage. Its not going to poop on the rug.
80$ a person
Yes you still have to pay
How much do I pay for the weekend
It depends on what room you select and the length of your stay. A 16 year old is considered an adult.
You can also buy water park tickets alone if you aren't staying at the hotel.
$99 PP, or you can get an Epic Monthly Pass for $129 PP and come in as much as you want for a month. If you come twice it's already a better deal.
If you can take it. It is a very good place with different accesses for people with disabilities. I recommend it.
Depends on the day, staying over is usually cheaper as u can enter for both the days of check in and checks out
The stay at the hotel includes the entrance to the water park, the prices vary depending on the date that one goes, we paid $900 for two nights.
Leyvina leon my family and i went for two days, it was saturday and sunday they charged $549.00 dollars, i guess it can be 350 or less, but to make sure check online because my brother-in law did the reservation
No, is included
We went during the week It was 719 for 3 days. You can bring snacks And food.the room has a mini fridge and a microwave.
Depends on the season of the year
I don't believe I've seen any since it would be pretty difficult to navigate around in one yet you should call and ask for an accurate answer.
Rooms have a max of 6 for the same price or cheaper. That means that if you are 4 you can reserve for 5 and the price will be the same or cheaper. Once you check in you will get bracelets for each reserved person. Even if you don't use the other bracelets that doesn't matter you can take them with you or have them as spares. That's what I did.
No no proof of vaccine required
I don't think so
It ranges also for when you buy it. If you purchase tix earlier it'll cost less. However, buying at the gate isn't guaranteed- they were sold out to walk-ups the day we went.
Yes it does
Of course it was cold outside in the winter but u be fine once you inside I had so much fun and I would love to go again and chill in the hot tub
With overnight accommodations? We spent approximately $700 total for Weds to Friday the week before Christmas. That was for 2 adults and 2 kids. My understanding, the room cost would e gone up by approximately $54 for each additional guest. However cost is also control by peak days too. Check their calendar out and you'll get a better idea kf the true cost for your party.
I'd make them sooner versus later
Go to their website and enter your dates. You can usually see the prices displayed for the next few months. Book in advance and save. I payed 288 tax included for 1 night. Rooms hold up to 6 guests and as you know Waterpark access is included. 1 night stay was good enough to get all the rides in since it is off peak and there are little to no lines. Additionally some rides are closed. And after check out, put your stuff in your car and go right back to the park and enjoy until 3pm.
Included with room
You cannot get vaccinated at the water park and im sorry if I answered that wrong but I do not understand your question you should get the vaccine around your home before traveling anywhere !! Good luck !
We paid 325 for 6 people in a room.
I was from Thursday to Friday and paid $ 323 per room for 6 people with access to swimming pools included.
Tickets are 120$ for adult guests not staying on site. Kids are cheaper and I belive babies are free.
In my opinion Kalahari is better larger and more places and things to do
It depends on what type of room you get
You can call or on their website
I paid $268 forn1 day which was May 31st to June 1st. 2 adults and 2 kids
$99 per person. Teens count as adults.
Well, it all depends on the day they choose and for the two-year-old child it does not pay
Go on their website and try to do in advance to get better deal. If you dont do advance one night will be $400. Not sure if tickets are included
It also depends on the dates you are going to go but it is cheaper for you to call and speak with a representative 😉
There's an Italian restaurant and a steak house if you're looking for a nice sit down dinner, I believe they open at 6pm. There is also a burger place that is excellent. For breakfast there is a buffet style restaurant. Also there is a place to eat attached to the Waterpark and a deli style store for some quick grab and go. Before you leave make sure you stop by the candy store and get some sweets.
Yup, Anytime between 10am - 8pm
With that im not completely sure but Kalahari is a reasonable business if you call them im sure they'll be able to work something out with you
Depends on the day you book it but it's much more better to stay over because you will get 2 days for the water park instead of 1 and it is just about the same in price
Hello, if you go just for the water park, the tickets are $120 per person from when they open until they close. There are cheaper tickets, but if you go there around 5pm until closing.
No you not allowed
No.. you get a wristband and have to wear that your entire stay. Unless you want to pay an addition $60 for a replacement
Room packages come with Waterpark tickets. Prices fluctuate daily. Check often. Same room different times price can go from $500 down to $299. Be patient when booking here.
Depending on when you book & the type of room, price is normally between $400-$700
Yes they are reopening January 4th
Yes it is possible you can do a few hours or just for the day meaning no sleep over. You can if you wanted to sleep over
I don't think so.However you should probably call for more info at resort
Yes its $99/person
It's a water park. Wave pools, water slides, but if your expecting a traditional pool, no.
look up kalahariresorts.com/pennsylvania/parks-and-passes/day-passes
Check out their exchange policy on their website.
Kalahari is both indoor and outdoor, though only the indoor portion is open this time of year.
You need to Check with the resort. I have seen service dogs but i am not sure.
Yes, you can ride with water shoes. The website should have the current day pass specials. You may want to compare with Great Wolf Lodge, which is case by and more attentive to customers.
Indoor water park opens at 10:00 Am
The price changes but i would suggest to book a room if you are planing on staying overnight. In that case you get two days park entry free.
I dont think there is train which goes here but i have seen Septa buses on the way so you can check on Septa sites.
It'll probably benefit you better to visit their website
Pls cal customer service for an update
Dive in the pools? No. Water is too shallow.
not sure but if you go on their email list they send alot of great deals your better off staying there sometimes they offer great deals where u pay a small amount for your room stay and they give you one or 2 arcade cards on them
No.
Cost me $210 for a 1 night stay for 2 adults and 1 child
they have both indoor and outdoor pools with warmers also indoor and outdoor jacuzzi but you have to be at least age 6 to go in the jacuzzi in particular and also tube rides and wave pool and cabanas you can rent. and bar
Depens on the time of the call , its based on the time of the call and the seasons
Yes , go on the site they would have proper measurements
Yes! However there is a height restriction for children on some of the adult rides.
They depend on the size of the room and the date, go to the website.
No, you dont need to book a room. We always wait until there is a deal or promotion so we can get it cheaper.
Yes but only at certain times
kids 2 years free
You don’t have to pay for your kid because any child under 3 years old is free but for the adults I think it’s 80$
Admission comes with the purchase of your room. If your just visiting idk.
I have never found bedbugs in kalahari rooms, everything very clean and tidy
It depends on length stay, size room you need....
An adult day pass was around $70 when I went last. It's cheaper to stay over nite and get 4 free day passes with your stay that you can use day of check in and day of check out
Check the website, it has the rates on it
Passes are included with stay, price per night varies depends on the day
Yes it does all u have to do is put in the date you are looking to go and it will give you prices
Go on kalahari water park resort website and type in your days of stay. Always check for special promotions.
You have to go on website and choose your days to get a quote. Waterpark is included in your stay. We paid $400 for one night for 2 adults and 2 kids. I think it was a fri/sat. Might be a little cheaper during the week.
Just like you said half online and half when you get there 😀
They can look it up with ID
Yes. You do not have to stay at the hotel to go to the water park.
If you look for deals on the website should be Around 200$ a night up to six people No Food, Just hotel and water Park for all six
You could ask the front desk
Probably best if you buy online, likely not guaranteed access if you just show uo
on the website get a night from Groupon you will save money
Yes it's for person but if you get one night for four people is more convenient you will pay less and plus you can sleep over there
Its $500 dollars for 2 room. 1 big and one small. You can fit 14 people in the rooms combined
