Are there a lot of free weights for bench/squats/body building during busy times? Also, are there paper towels/spray or wipes available to clean before/after using a machine?

There are lots of cleaning materials: wipes, towels, hand gels, etc. Every time I've been in the weight room an employee is also walking around cleaning surfaces. So much cleaner than any gym I've seen
