What a joke! Don't waste your time. By appointment only. No more appointments until next week. I only found out after driving 40 miles to the location. I'll go to a pet store. Other shelters actually accept walk-in because they want as much exposure so animals get adopted. I got my last 5 dogs (over 35 years) from shelters and animal rescue places. Stop the stupid by appt only.

Depends on who's working I think. I had no issue with it but another day someone said absolutely not to my wife.
I don't know what their current need is but when you adopt from there they let you take home donated items you might need/want for the pet.
So sorry to hear that. Little Elm animal shelter does it, I think for $30. Make appointment and you have to surrender your baby.
