We drove through the new Regency townhome site last week. Are there going to be any parking lots for guests?
There seems to be no space between the townhome buildings for any privacy when sitting out back. I have lived in a different townhome.

They're not going to waste space for parking. They're squeezing as many full houses as they can into the available space.

No additional parking. Each unit has a 2car driveway and can park on the street.
