Met with Kasey for my wig appt. Kasey is so sweet & understood what I was going through having lost my hair due to chemo treatments. I must have tried 15 wigs on. No matter which one I picked to try on her cheerful voice said "Ok.". She even anticipated a question I had meant to ask but forgot in the excitement of having hair again. Our appt was private, just the two of us, which made it easier for me as I didn't have a lot of people seeing me hairless & because of my compromised immune system. Thank you Kasey & Wig Elegance.

Marissa is absolutely AMAZING! She is patient and takes her time. I tend to ask a million questions and make her show me things 100 times and she never gets annoyed or put out. Wig Elegance isn't close to where I live but, I continue to go there because of how comfortable and sweet Marissa is.

I had horrible experience with that place I went there to cut and style my hairpiece but when I set on the chair the lady said we can't touch your natural hair she did a little bit of trimming on the piece and not willing to work as I was telling her so I ended up paying $60 and I had to go to another salon to pay another 60 to cut it according to my hair.
