It was the first time he called and when i asked who authorize it because i didn't. The guy says well its done what are you going to do about it. Very rude.
I've also never had an experience with them like that and I've been using them for over 9 years for our Acura services.
Did you get to speak with service manager? I've never had that experience in the last 2 years of service at both locations!
