I've been living at Ellicott Grove since 2020. NEVER have I experienced a less helpful group of individuals who are completely uninterested in the tenants. When AMC first took over, I had a number of issues with the new staff - they were unprofessional, rude, curt, contradictory to one another, and do the absolute bare minimum (if that). First, my 13 year old daughter (whose name is on my lease) was locked out of our apartment - leasing office refused to let her in, stating that "it wouldn't be fair." Then I had to reach out to the office several times to get my lease renewal documents, had to call the corporate office for assistance with that. Today, I reached out because I had three packages that were delivered to the building next door yesterday (our buildings are locked so I can't get in) - one of which (with the highest value) has since disappeared. I shared this info with the leasing office staff and was told that the best that they can do is have maintenance let me in the building at the end of the day tomorrow because "we don't get involved in people's packages." Do yourself a favor - DON'T live here. Beautiful property that has been ruined by AMC.

Come for the apartments, not the amenities 😂 I have lived here for about 2 years now and while i like my apartment and the ability to change it up however i want (paint walls, nail up things), the gym, pool, and mail services are the least of their worries. And this is with both managements that i have experienced.

I have been trying to have maintenance fix my leaking ceiling within my laundry room for over a month. All they have done so far was cut a hole in the ceiling to remove the MOLD that had grown there. The leak has continued to become worse and the entire floor of the laundry room is covered in water. If you want to live somewhere where you are treated only as rent money and nothing else, please, live here.

If I could give zero stars I would, management is awful, while on tour I was told by the leasing agent to pretty much not lease here, I tried giving them a chance but then anytime I would call they would hang up on me or place me on a long hold, they are unorganized with no knowledge of their community.
