Terrible establishment. They are money hungry and will drain you of every dollar you have with no remorse. Don’t move here.

Updating my review.. my previous issues with management were resolved and I am pleased with where I reside. Spacious apartment space, maintenance works quickly to resolve issues. I haven’t had any problems getting help from the property manager. She is very attentive and does her best to respond as fast as possible. The community is a safe area, as well. So if you are coming with children, know that it’s safe! 4 stars because nothing is perfect but I know management is working on it.

We came to The Elms at Montjoy after selling our local home of 32 years. We looked at a lot of apartments in the region but our loft unit won hands down. We love the apartment, the layout, and how well it was renovated. The complex is attractive, well maintained, and far quieter than we ever expected. Finally, the property management staff is kind, professional, responsive, and very attentive to our needs. We're happy here for sure and would certainly recommend the complex.

My family moved here from Florida about 6 months ago and moved into The Elms apartment at MontJoy. We met Wynter and she helped us through the whole rental process. She was kind and professional and addressed any concerns we had. If and when maintenance was needed they responded right away or later that day. They also were very kind and helpful and always resolved what I needed. The community is quiet, clean and safe. I would highly recommend living at this community and highly recommend Wynter!

Thank you for your inquiry. We know that during the winter, not returning to a spot you were originally in is less than ideal. However, we do not do assigned parking as the number of cars residents have changes each time someone moves out and a new resident(s) move in. If there is a building that you think needs a handicap spot, please let us know so that we can look into it. It would be best to contact the Property Manager regarding this. Kind Regards, Megan Adams Director of Marketing
Unfortunately, they are more... prices around the area are very high... :(
