That's not true. I see many birthday parties there i know the manager I will ask him.
Something has to be wrong or somebody gave you the wrong info, unless they just changed that

I've not known them to only celebrate birthdays on Sunday, however, you get a free sundae on your birthday if you register with their rewards program.
