Made an appointment for afternoon 2:30...was told brake work would take 2-3 hours.. dropped car off at requested time..came back 2.5 hours later.. work wasn't even started..was told because mechanic went home sick.. told an attempt was made to call me.. checked my phone log and no such call appeared.. getting work done somewhere else and will never go to any Firestone again

They are liars and not trustworthy. I went to Firestone Parsippany last Saturday for 40k miles maintainence for my 2020 Toyota Corolla. They asked me to do a fuel system cleaning which cost about $150 plus tax and told me it's "Add Toyota EFI tank addditivr or Equicalent", but it's only needed in Hawaii, PR or Saipan. What a lie. I will not go to this store anymore.

Oil change took a bit over 2 hours (faster at other places and other firestones) but ok, I wouldn’t give a bad review for that. Asked me if I wanted new tires since I do need them, I said no, just oil change. Then another person came out to push me to buy tires after 30 mins but again said no. Don’t think they liked that or how I said no. After a few weeks my Radiator tube burst open. My mechanic said someone cut it. This last part is just a statement, not an accusation. This is a helpful statement - will never come back here.
