Can I exchange an Item without a receipt?

Yes. However, without a receipt you will get back the lowest price on that item in the past 45 days. If you are exchanging it for the exact same item just in a different color or size they might be cool and do an even exchange. But they do not have to. They can instead give you a merchant credit for the lowest price in the past 45 days and then you pay the difference, if there is one. Just walk in and grab the item you want and take both to the counter and ask for an even exchange. Maybe the person will be cool and let it slide.
