I ordered some underclothes and they were delivered to the store about the 1st week of Jan 2018. However by that time I was in the Hospital and did not get out until well after the 10 day deadline. How do I get my order resent or my money back?

This is a public forum, not a private forum for JcPennys. However, with that said if you ordered something and did not pick it up in time it gets sent back and you get the credit. If you have not received a credit yet contact the store directly to find out if your items have been sent back yet. Or call your credit card company. After your items are sent back you must start the order process over again.
