Plexiglass dividers are set up between customers and service advisors as well as customers and cashier. Customer seating for service waiting area is minimized and socially distanced. Online purchases, home test drives, home delivery, and valet pick up and drop off for service are available.
Everyone I saw were wearing masks and the techs had masks and gloves. Hand sanitizers were around the waiting area and it was spaced appropriately. There were plexiglass dividers between you and service people and the cashier and you could keep your pen.
