Is this a reliable dealership where the salesman don't lie to your face?

I bought my 2016 Forester at Ertle and found the Sales Department honest, knowledgeable and efficient. I use the Ertle Subaru Service Department exclusively to maintain my Forester and to date it is the best vehicle I have ever owned. Since buying my first Subaru at Ertle, other people have told me that Ertle has a long standing reputation for honesty and good service. The reputation is deserved. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’m in my 70’s and retired, but when I worked I commuted 100 miles a day and bought several cars over the years. No other dealership comes close to Ertle for decent dealing.

They are a great dealership. We purchased a used 2012 Sonic Hatchback they gave us a lifetime warranty for the power train. Cat performs excellent, no problems. Hope this is of use. Oh almost for got, it only came with one key/remote, they ordered a second one programed it at no cost to us!

I got my 2018 subaru there. It wasn't too bad as far as dealerships go. They worked with us, The owner is a very pleasant man and I would purchase again from them.

Very nice dealership they are honest at service department. I bought my car there and was very pleased. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything.

This is indeed a reliable dealership. I have bought 2 cars from them and they were upfront and awnsered all my questions. If an answer was not known it was checked. Ask for Mitchell he helped us both times and was fantastic to work with

I've attempted to purchase a vehicle there numerous times and they never have what I'm looking for. Their service department has screwed up 3 times. I go to Faulkner for sales and service, they're incredibly helpful.

Was with a family member. On visit she has update on navigation. Only there 1/2 hour in and out no. Appointment.

I saw 2 cars on their website I was interested in. I called to confirm they would be available to come to check out. I made an appointment to come in 2 days later, they emailed & texted confirmation. I get there & neither car we're actually available. But more expensive cars were for sale.

I would recommend them to anyone. very relaxed atmosphere and very helpful. They delivered on every promise.

We had a wonderful experience in February. Megan was our salesperson and did everything she could to help us. I posted a review the first week of February. I definitely recommend them. No pressure. We gave them our parameters and they made it work.

I am unable to answer that question since I didn't buy my Subaru at that Dealership but I a great experience with their service department.
