My husband injured badly his finger. We’re in emergency room. All stuff was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Especially the nurse Samantha Berger who help him! Thank to everyone!

My pediatrician took a pcr test on my son and hours later we decided to take my toddler to the hospital because he ran a fever of over 100 and the hospital insisted on a rapid Covid test even tho we were waiting on the PCR, they took the rapid test and stopped any further diagnosis because the rapid test came up positive and sent us home without even rechecking his fever before we left,so I decided to go home and rapid test him myself because I couldn’t believe you could catch Covid twice in a span of a month and a half and he came up negative, a day later we received his PCR from the pediatrician only to be told he was negative for not only the flu but also Covid…thank god he didn’t have an infection of some sort because imagine telling someone they’re falsely positive and come to find out they were actually fighting something much worse

Recently had a colonoscopy there. The whole process is like a rushed assembly line. The nurses and doctors were pleasant enough I guess, but one of the nurses called me by the wrong name, they didn't bother to remove the sticky pads they placed on my chest after the procedure, the doctor barely spoke to me after the procedure, and they actually expected me to walk through the entire hospital after my procedure to meet with my ride (who for some reason wasn't allowed to come back up, and told to wait outside for me) when I was still groggy and disoriented from the anesthesia. "Did you want a wheel chair?" Uh, yeah. I was told to stand by the door to my room to wait for someone to escort me out, even though I could barely stand and was still weak and out of it. A stark difference from the care I received at LVHN Pocono for the same procedure last year. I will return to LVHN in the future.

I don't think so but lehigh/pocono does. The new surgeons are great
I believe the ER does. There's only one ID specialist at the campus but i cannot recall his name. I happen to remember a child receiving prophylactic rabies care at thr ER, Monroe campus
