I plan on taking frozen walleye (fish() in a cooler to Florida. Is this permissible and if yes, is it check in or carry on baggage? Do I need to go through a special procedure to take this fish? My airline is Spirit

Put that fish in your luggage mixed with some dry ice and hold your breath that you're not caught, bit it's good to ask TSA.
