I booked my sisters flight with mine and used her full name. Her drivers license & passport are with only a middle initial. Can she still board with this difference?

If she is flying in the Usa just use your drivers liscence otherwise follow the passport

You have to use the same name on the passport and on your driver's license to booked a flight, you can contacts the Airline or TSA anymore questions.
