Bought two window AC units from Eugene. Went home and did a little research on my units and noticed that they were cheaper at other stores. Called back the next day spoke with Eugene he immediately reimburse me the difference no hassle within 10 minutes I had my money back to me. He was also extremely knowledgeable with every question I had about any brand I asked. Outstanding customer service I will absolutely be back to be buying my washer and dryer from them as well. Our service tech told us he didn't know if he could ever get the parts for our Samsung Washer, called Marcus, had them in stock and shipped them that day. I can not be happier with this service
