Yes Millie who is 17 is a licensed nail tech. In the state of Ohio you can be 16 and be licensed however , if there was any issues with your nails we would have gladly taken care of the issue if it was our behalf. We haven’t received any calls with in a timely manner with that been said we weren’t aware of your situation. We Do our best to provide professional service and to resolve any issues on our behalf.
