Outdoor, heated 25-yard lap pool. There are scheduled aqua-aerobics classes, during which time lap swimmers are NOT allowed, so check the class schedule online for days and times of these classes. There is also a steam room, a dry heat sauna and a Jacuzzi hot tub.
Yes, lockers are available. You can bring your own lock or use the smaller lockers and set your own combo. One time use only, not overnight or longer, from my understanding. There is a three lane swimming pool.
