I have seen other people from outside of Richardson make use of the recycling center.
@Douglas Lucas, thanks so much for your reply. I work nearby but I don't live in Richardson & I read reference/s towards residents but I have saved lots of recycle materials and need to find a convenient recycling center to dispose of them.
